Daily Summary Screen

  • Absence information
  • Schedule
  • Weekly class work posted by teachers

Schedule

  • Detailed schedule
  • Click on course for additional information
  • Click on teacher name to email the teacher

Attendance

  • Detailed information on attendance for current school year
  • Use left and right arrows to scroll through calendar
  • Place mouse pointer over a shaded calendar date for detailed attendance information

Discipline Incidents

  • Lists discipline incidents as posted by Assistant Principal

Classwork

  • Lists assignments as posted and published by each teacher
  • Click on assignment for detailed information.
  • Please do not contact teachers about unscored assignments before providing a reasonable amount of time for assignments to be scored.
  • Total points are only reflective of the assignments that have been posted and scored; the teacher may have more assignments to post or score.

Interim Progress Report

  • Progress Reports information (4 ½ week intervals for middle schools and 6 week intervals for high schools)
  • Click the drop-down arrow to access all progress reports given during throughout the school year (Elementary schools do not post interim progress report grades)

Report Cards

  • Report card information (9 week intervals for elementary and middle schools and semester intervals for high schools)

Registration

  • Limited demographic and enrollment information
  • If any information is incorrect, please contact your child’s school.

To change your password:

  • Click on the My Profile link at the bottom of the menu path on the left of the screen.

 

If you forget your password:

  • Click on the school’s hyperlink at the top center of the screen and send an email to the contact person at your child’s school, requesting that the password be reset or stating the problem you are encountering.

 

Be sure to select the Log Out option at the top right hand corner of the screen when leaving the site.
