WELCOME TO BROADMOOR ELEMENTARY
We are happy to have you as part of our Broadmoor Elementary family. Our mission is to educate all students to their maximum potential in a caring, rigorous and safe environment. We work to provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills and values to not only transition to Middle School but ultimately to become college and career ready.
We believe that all of our students are special and that each one can learn. Opportunities for growth in academics and aesthetic values are provided. Our children are taught by competent caring and conscientious teaches who wish to bring out the very best in each of them.
You are invited to become an active part of our school as a School Improvement Team member, tutor, classroom helper, library assistant, or as a helper with special events.
The faculty and staff are here to help you. feel free to call the office at 925-0343 for conferences with teachers and/or principal. We will be in touch with you throughout the year via newsletters and other written communications. Also, please know that as a parent you have access to the Parent Access Center. The faculty and staff of Broadmoor Elementary seek to provide our students with educational experiences that will promote success throughout their lives.

School Improvement Team
The School Improvement Team is composed of the school principal, parent representatives, teachers, education support employees, business and community leaders. The team serves in an advisory capacity to the school principal and to assist in the development of the education program and in the preparation and evaluation of the school improvement plan. Prior notice of regularly scheduled meeting times and dates is advertised. Anyone is welcome to attend the meetings.
Broadmoor Elementary seeks to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success through developmentally appropriate instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles. Our school promotes a safe, orderly, caring and supportive enviroment. Each student’s self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships with other students and staff. We strive to have our parents, teachers and community members actively involved in our students’ learning.
